FluxAiVortex is a technical analysis platform using artificial intelligence to generate cryptocurrency trading signals. The Service provides educational and analytical information, but does NOT constitute personalized financial advice or investment recommendation.
3. User Accounts
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service • You are responsible for your account confidentiality • You agree to provide accurate information during registration • You cannot share your account with others • We reserve the right to suspend or close your account in case of misuse
4. Subscriptions and Payments
• Premium and Pro subscriptions are billed monthly • Payments are processed securely via Stripe • No refunds are granted for unused subscription periods • You can cancel your subscription at any time via support • Access remains active until the end of the paid period
5. Limitation of Liability
• AI can generate incorrect signals - no profitability guarantee • Crypto trading involves high risks of capital loss • You are solely responsible for your investment decisions • FluxAiVortex cannot be held liable for financial losses • We are not a licensed financial advisor • Past performance does not guarantee future results
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights relating to the Service (code, algorithms, design, trademarks) belong exclusively to FluxAiVortex. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution or use is strictly prohibited.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to: • Use the Service for illegal activities • Attempt to bypass your plan limitations • Resell or redistribute generated signals • Use automated scripts to overload the Service • Share your access with other users
8. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification or interruption.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of the Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of British courts.
